Hi Audra! It can be so tough staying on track with little ones! They are very demanding but so worth it! Meal prep really helps keep you on track. One of my faves is oatmeal protein pancakes. I can make them ahead they are easy to pop in the toaster and totally portable when you are on the go. We always plan snacks and drinks ahead for our kids but it's so easy to forget about ourselves. You will totally find what works for you. You've got this!
