If you are eating that few calories your body may slow your metabolism down which could explain your weight loss being at a stand still. Are you using a calorie tracker? It can help you figure out how much you need to be eating in ratio with your exercise. Less than 1000 sounds very low.

Im not eating less than 1000 calories, i said in my blog that if i try doing that i would just give up within 72 hours
