That's so awesome! I get your pain. I tend to weigh myself every time i go near the scale (it's addictive). Throughout the day i fluctuate a lot too. Like 5 lbs! how? But being on a diet, I drink crazy amounts of water to curb my appetite so that makes a huge difference. I found that my weight in the morning after a pee is the most precise, since my body has worked through all the water from the day before!
