Eat real food!

Soup, Good for you. We usually have a garden but every five years or so, we give it a year off. This is, of course, our year off. We do have an abundance of farmers markets in Northeast Ohio, there are only a couple that I would consider truly "farmers markets" and "resale farmers market." We are also lucky that you can, actually, shop at the farmers market which is right in front of the farm!
