Hey, Ellie, I think bruising can be a sign of anemia as well. Spinach and other greens are high in iron (and my surfacy internet research tells me that increasing vitamin C helps your body absorb iron). I've been told that calcium decreased your body's ability to absorb iron. If your fatigue and bruising don't go away, you might want to add some red meat and/or lentils in to your diet.
