So the last year has been a little rough ... going to grad school, horrible living situation, breakup's, losing my sister in-law, etc... In the course of all of this I have proceeded to put on weight and am currently the heaviest I have ever been… even more then college!! But the last three months everything has started to change and I feel like I’m getting my life back. I have started a new job which is way less stressful then the previous one, I have one year left to grad school :), started dating a great guy, and I’m in the process of buying my first place. So to keep the positive trend going I’m going to change my habits and loose the weight I have gained. I’m goal is it lose 38 Lbs! I have the support of my family, friends, and the new boyfriend … (well he’s a little upset by the idea of not going to craft beer bars and breweries for a while). I have gotten my life back on track and the weight is the only thing left.

So my plan is …

Take this challenge!

Give up refined sugar so no soda, processed carbs, beer, etc. (this is going to be the hardest)

Make sure I eat breakfast every day

Do 30 mins of yoga 3-4 times a week

Start running again and be able to complete a 10K by the end of this challenge

I know it won’t be easy and I’m going to have rough days but I’m competitive by nature so I think this challenge will help. So wish me luck! And I hope you all do well on your weight loss journey!
