I'm sorry for all the struggles and pain you're dealing with. Hang in there and don't give up. You're on this weight loss journey for YOU and that's most important. You deserve to do this and feel better and be happy. One day at a time. Find some good inspirational, uplifting music or audio books to listen to in the car as you're driving that might help encourage you and get more out of that time you're on the road. Maybe doing that on your way to work will help with the stress at work and then again going home help you with getting through your evening.
