I'm sorry for all the struggles and pain you're dealing with. Hang in there and don't give up. You're on this weight loss journey for YOU and that's most important. You deserve to do this and feel better and be happy. One day at a time. Find some good inspirational, uplifting music or audio books to listen to in the car as you're driving that might help encourage you and get more out of that time you're on the road. Maybe doing that on your way to work will help with the stress at work and then again going home help you with getting through your evening.

50 Pound Monkey

Good luck. I found that I hadn't found the right plan until now. Suddenly, this isn't that hard. Of course, I won't say that when I plateau, will I? Just wrote about it: http://bit.ly/WBvwGw. If you find the right thing, it just somehow works. Thought "way of life" changes were a bunch of bollocks. Now I get it. Hang in there!!!

I can relate, I feel the same way. But we can't give up, we have to figure it out and make it happen! We're not quitters! It's not easy, I'm not sure what the right answer is, but I'm with you, we'll just keep at it til we figure it out! Good luck and hang in there!! Don't give up, you can do this!

Lunch and Dinner didn't really go as expected. Lunch was two scoops of chicken salad drizzled in honey mustard and marinated vegetables. Dinner was a grilled chicken breast, green beans, 1/2 ind portion at KFC.
