Day 1:
Its the end of the day and I'm feeling very satisfied with how it went. I stayed within my recommended daily calories according to My Fitness Pal. I also nailed it with my fitbit ONE and walked over 10,000 steps today. Did a great weight workout with my partner, it was a great day.
I'm still feeling some anxiety because this is only the first day and I find it easy because I'm excited. Now, the challenge is to stay the race, stay focused and complete the remaining 27 days.
My goal tomorrow is to accomplish the same as today. I have no plans to head out in the evening other then to my art class. No temptations to eat food there, thank goodness.
