Ok..so just a quick, short, readers digest version blog tonight. 

I'm on my way out very soon. I'm going dancing :)

I had a great day. I stayed within my recommended calories, did an intense step bench workout and went for a walk with my son. I'm going to make my 10000 steps today as well. 

I'm down a few pounds and am very pleased with all my hard work. 

My goal for tomorrow is going to be the same as today.
