Day 3:

I'm beat, laying in my bed doing my nightly blog. I don't want to miss one day unless it's absolutely impossible.
Well, here it is. This day did not go as planned, surprise, surprise. There's the old saying "I knew there would be days like this."
I had about a 2-3 hour window where I was going to work out and it was filled with a friend in need. Then I had to attend a board meeting tonight which went until just after 930 Pm. My mind is mush.
I did manage to stay within in my recommended calories but I haven't checked my fitbit steps. I'm sure I'm not there because I mostly sit at work, and then I sat with my friend and then I sat at the board meeting. I sat all day pretty much. Well, not exactly, I did do some walking but certainly not the 10000 steps.
O well, my mantra for tomorrow is "note to self, stay focused."
As another old saying goes, tomorrow is a new day. Yay!!!, thank goodness for new days.
I did weigh myself this morning and I was down almost 3 lbs in three days. Thats impossible but I know it was due to being bloated from my menstrual cycle. I'm sure the rest of the month is going to be much slower at weight losss.
Anyhow, good night everyone.
I'm looking forward to starting again tomorrow. I'm off so, its coffee in the morning and then a step bench workout with a 30 minute yoga session right after.
FEELING: A little frustrated that I didn't get a workout in.
