Day 5:

Mmmmm...sitting here sipping on a glass of smooth white wine listening to Diana Krahl with a wall fireplace going and a blanket across my legs, o yes, and sitting in my favourite chair with my feet up.
Ok...so, I stayed within my recommended daily calories and I managed to get in that intense full body weight lifting workout in. That was really tough today but I absolutely "PUSHED" through. I accomplished over 10000 steps on fitbit and also went for a 40 minute brisk walk this evening with my partner. What a chilly windy evening but I must say it was refreshing to be out there.
I would like to journal so much more but I really want to keep it to my goals accomplished for the day and keep it short.
Anyhow, for tomorrow I want to focus on a cardio workout, perhaps a step bench workout or a very intense dance cardio. I would like to keep it between 45 mins to an hour. I also want to get my 10000 fitbit steps in and also a restorative 30 minute yoga stretch in. I love those stretching sessions.
I stepped on the scale this morning and I'am down 5.6 lbs. I have done well and the fruits of my labour are paying off !!
My goal tomorrow is to stay within my recommended calories, do my fitbit steps and get my workout in.
