04:20am - Leave my house to get to the gym
04:30am - 1 ripe banana and water While driving to the gym
04:50am - gym (run 45 minutes and long stretch)
06:00am - Start work (my gym is located in the same building I work in)
07:00am - grapes (1 lb.)
09:00am - smoothie with 2 bananas, blueberries, strawberries and flaxseeds
12:00pm - Personal Pizza with broccoli, garlic, mushrooms (no cheese)
03:00pm - 1 Apple
06:00pm - Baked potato with a little hummus and steamed broccoli and garlic powder
09:00pm - Sleep
GYM: run 45 minutes at 6.0 mph speed. About 600 calories.
Daily Activity: running after my two young energetic kidos :)
Mood: Great. Full of energy from morning till bed time.
