Some thoughts about my first DB entry...
April 2014 – 190 lbs. (changed my eating habits)
August 2014 – 165 lbs.
DB Start – September 2014 – 166 lbs.
DB End – October 2014 – 154 lbs.
I think this is such an amazing idea for weight loss, but it will probably be my last (unless I find one with likeminded people). I get so emotional reading everyone's diets and what they think is healthy. We are all brainwashed to thinking a glass of cow’s milk is healthy or carbs are evil.
I bite my tongue every time I read posts that includes “low carb"... Or "restricting calories" messages.
Yes, carbs (donuts, cake, cookies) are bad for you. But since when is rice, beans, potatoes, fruit bad for you? Why does anyone now-a-days think cheese is healthy? It’s pure hormones, fat and puss. How can anyone think they will lose weight?
My lifestyle is HIGH carb, low fat, vegan. So I pretty much eat unlimited amounts of calories and I have already lost 36 lbs. since April 2014. I got rid of my diabetes and migraines (which disabled me a few times a week). I’m never restricting calories anymore. I eat my fruit for breakfast and if I’m hungry, I eat more fruit. I eat some carbs for lunch (today is cheesless pizza with loads of veggies on top) and I will eat an entire personal pizza. For dinner I will probably have my left over chili (vegan quinoa bean chili) that I made last night for dinner.
I get very passionate about carbs because it’s my fuel and people think its poison. My blood results are outstanding and you are not missing any nutrients by eating like this.
For those that are struggling with weight, I really recommend looking up some diets like RawTill4 or 801010 or HCLF (high carb low fat). Look up Dr. McDougal and read his message. Look up chrisbeatcancer.com (he’s not completely vegan but was when he was curing his cancer)
By going to this lifestyle you are finally feeding your body and your body will know what to do with this food. By feeding it cheese and other processed food, your body sees it as a foreign food and doesn’t know what to do with it.
Drop the processed food!
