Have you ever read Wheat Belly? You might look at things in a whole different way. All grains cause inflammation in your gut. If you want cheese or milk, RAW is the way to go. Meats must be organic and grassfed. Flours for baking, I use almond and coconut and as far as sugar goes, raw honey, coconut palm sugar, or Grade B maple syrup, but in moderation, like maybe once a week or so. Paleo/Primal is my way of eating, everyone has their own opinion on what is healthy and I respect that.
