Day 2:
Tuesday, Sept 30th @ 10:26 PM..
Well, it's the winding down of day 2 and I must say I was a lil cranky this evening. I felt like I was depriving myself and there is this seemingly sense of entitlement that I should be able to eat anything I want at my age. I'm aware that I need to change this way of thinking.
In spite of these thoughts and feelings I stayed within my recommended daily calories which is between 1300 and 1600. I also tracked it all into My Fitness Pal. I took a day of rest because I did a full body weight lifting workout last night that was tough. My body needed a day of recovery. I did manage to fit in a 35 min very light low impact aerobic workout to get my fitbit steps up to 10,000. So, once again I nailed it in the eating area and my 10,000 steps.
I plan on doing a very strenous interval cardio training tomorrow and no weights. On Friday is my full body weight lifting day. I will take a rest Saturday if my body is telling me to.
A day of celebration for me...I made it through day 2 and onto to day 3.
My goal tomorrow is to accomplish the same things I did today. I want to eat a very healthy breakfast tomorrow of Oatmeal, berries, agave nectar, pumpkin seeds and almond milk.
My mantra for tomorrow will be "Do the work, see the results."
I will also submit my weigh in tomorrow morning. I'm excited because I already feel a lil lighter.
