04:20am - Leave my house to get to the gym
04:30am - 1 ripe banana and water While driving to work
04:50am - gym (run 10 minutes, bike 15 minuts, abs and arms)
06:00am - Start work
07:00am - grapes
09:00am - smoothie with 2 bananas, blueberries, strawberries and flaxseeds
12:00pm - Baja Fresh vegan bowl (rice, beans, veggies, guacamole)
03:00pm - Multigrain Tortilla chips
06:00pm - Rice and beans with onions and peppers (yes, again)


GYM: run 10 minutes, bike 15 minuts, abs and arms. About 350 calories.
Daily Acitivity: Busy evening with the kids and their activities.
Mood: Good. Felt a little overwhelmed and rushing but that's normal
