Good job! It's pretty awesome that you've started this week off already,,, I try and drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day it'll flush out toxins and make you feel less bloated after you have salty snacks. Congrats in joining this dietbet and good luck in your journey!! -T

Thanks! And thanks for the water advice. I definitely need to up my water intake since it's such a vital importance for not just dieting, but overall health as well.
