04:50am - gym (Bike for 20 minutes & run 10 minutes & jump squats)
06:00am - Start work
07:00am - grapes
09:00am - smoothie with 2 Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries
12:00pm - Falafel with hummus, tomatoe, onions, pickles
03:00pm - Multigrain Tortilla chips
07:00pm - Mashed potatoes (vegan)
GYM: Bike for 20 minutes & run 10 minutes & jump squats. About 400 calories.

All together i have lost almost 30 lbs on this lifestyle and its been only about 6 months.
