Tomorrow is my 40 th birthday! 2 years ago i set a goal to have 20 percent fat and 5 kg more muscle on my 40 yrs birthday. More muscle definently but i still have around 30 percent fat. Oh well. I am on this challenge and it could be worse. I only gaind 10 kg of the 25 i lost 2 yrs ago.
I gonna do a dexa scan soon so then i will know how much muscle i have put on.
