I know exactly what you mean about waking up nauseous. When I was doing my 4 am workouts I made sure to eat something with protein to help with the nausea. I read something recently that you can feel that way because you are usually dehydrated in the morning. I have been drinking a big glass of water every morning and that has helped as well. Since I do not have an office job morning work outs can happen when I want in the morning but I an not lie I sort of miss waking up at 4 or 5 and being one of the only people in the gym. Now I wake up to the screams of a 6 month old or my sister bringing my nephew to me in my bed(also crying or making some sort of crazy noise). I hope your morning work outs are getting easier and waking up is much easier. :-)
