Not a Morning Person!

It's getting better, but I still feel nauseous sometimes. I was actually wondering if maybe I need to eat a little bit before I work out. I usually drink a little bit of water when I wake up, but I might try drinking a full glass before exercising.

I'll see if the water helps. If not, then I'll try eating something small before working out. Thanks for the suggestion.
