I have been reading lots of articles about workouts and metabolism. A lot of the articles suggest that you eat before your work out. They say that an empty tank isn't good to burn calories when you work out. You may think it is burning all of your fat but it isn't. I noticed a difference when I ate an hour or half hour before a workout.
I liked women's health magazine on Facebook and they post tons of informative stuff. Some of the tips I take with a grain of salt but majority of them are very good. I am glad it is getting better.
