So next week I have to be gone for training.  I'll be out of town and with two coworkers.  The up side is I'll have a pool that hopefully will be a good temperature.  I don't like really cold pools.  The down side is every meal will be eaten at a resteraunt.  I'll be in LaConner WA.   At least it's by the water and maybe there will be plenty of seafood.  Any eating out suggestions are welcome.   My goals for the week. 

 

1)  Keep it a really low carb week to hopefully make up for all the extra salt I'll be getting from eating out. 

2) Take advantage of the pool daily.

3) try to get a walk or two in and get some fresh air. 

4) AVOID my weeknesses....Sushi, Icecream, 

 

 

Well today is the last day at work for a week, so I'm going to try to get in early.  GTG
