I don't know the area, but some restaurants will have their menu (and sometimes nutritional values) online, so you can plan some good choices ahead of time. Also, going out for sushi isn't so bad. Try getting sashimi, it's just the fish so no extra carbs from rice. I love toro sashimi :)

LOVE sushi and I like to eat a good seaweed salad with it if it's available. It's hard to get full on just sashimi but I can pair it with a medifast bar and that would probably work find.
