cool - will check-it out. I also binged right after confirmed winner because I was starving (not literally). Weight Watchers has been a super roller coaster. Since I have a lot of weight to lose, it's feasible to lose 4, gain 7, lose 8. My goal is to be consistent and just work the program at its basic tenets: track, hydrate, track, powerfoods! I'm trying to stop the roller coaster and level off!
