Posting this because I'm going to need it later:
1) Fall training cycle went really well, and didn't miss any workouts until I got sick at the end, even though it was tax season.
2) Half Intermediate training mid-week mileage is basically the same as the marathon plan
3) I felt like I could have kept going after the Staten Island half (and actually walked an additional 5 miles afterwards and wasn't beat up at all).
4) I'm running at a much faster pace than last year and can probably aim for a 5 hour marathon (plus training runs will be faster)
5) New shoes!
6) Because I really need to get this elephant off my back
