Writing things down really helped last weekend, so doing it again!

 

Friday

- Rest day, but go for an easy walk at home (catch up on one episode of the Blacklist)

- Lunch - evol burrito, dinner - turkey burger

 

Saturday

- Easy 3 mile run in the AM

- Margherita pizza @ Mike & Ike cafe (or if Rodale catering is open get something there)

- Italian for dinner, two glasses of wine max, only one piece of bread

 

Sunday

- Runner's World Half! Been training for 12 straight weeks for this, but since HM goal was crushed last week, just relax and have fun this time. No virtual pacer again. Smile smile smile!

- Allowed one victory beverage at the finish :)

- Cosi pepperoni pizza for lunch

- Turkey burger for dinner
