So here's what I had planner for this weekend:
Friday
- Rest day, but go for an easy walk at home (catch up on one episode of the Blacklist) Done
- Lunch - evol burrito, dinner - turkey burger Done
Saturday
- Easy 3 mile run in the AM Cut it down to 2, but ended up running some extra during the day
- Margherita pizza @ Mike & Ike cafe (or if Rodale catering is open get something there) Yes, but I also had three cocktails :(
- Italian for dinner, two glasses of wine max, only one piece of bread Done, but had two pieces of bread
Sunday
- Runner's World Half! Been training for 12 straight weeks for this, but since HM goal was crushed last week, just relax and have fun this time. No virtual pacer again. Smile smile smile! Done! Didn't completely relax, but that was OK, I beat last week's time by two minutes :)
- Allowed one victory beverage at the finish :) Done, and actually kept it to one
- Cosi pepperoni pizza for lunch Had a different pizza with less calories, but had some chips. Then went for ice cream (bad, but I didn't finish it at least)
- Turkey burger for dinner Done
So not great, but also I got invited to go out to the bar on Sunday and passed, knowing I was already behind the ball. Gained two pound back this weekend but I suspect a good amount of that is water weight, so not stressing over it.
