For the first time in 4 months I have gone 5 days without working out.

I feel bloated and TIRED.

 

I keep thinking about working out but just can't seem to kick my but into gear.

ARGGGGG! (EXCUSES DELETED)

I KNOW I will feel better and that I will have more energy when I do.

 

On a positive note: I have been tracking what I am eating and focusing on getting more sleep... 

My weight is slowly and steadily declining- Yet... I can't help but wonder how much of that is muscle :( 

 

I MUST WORK OUT TODAY!!!!
