You might also try to incorporate some other kind of exercise in to keep you interested. I took a 3 weeks strength training class, and am about to take a 3 class trial of kinesis classes (found a deal for 3 classes for the price of 1). After that, I think I'm going to hunt for some yoga class trials. And I have been planning to hit the roller rink for some roller skating, but I haven't actually done that yet - SOON! A friend of mine went canoeing with her hubby last weekend. Can you incorporate something that might be really fun into your workout routine that will keep you interested?
Either that, or maybe start setting some workout goals (if you haven't already). Like a C25K or something. I have been trying to add 15 seconds to my running spurts in my walks and to increase my inclines when I'm on the treadmill. I like seeing my progress. It makes it fun for me.
just a couple of suggestions to add to the list.
