I share this pain as I personally can't keep on top of all the dishes I dirty while cooling every meal. I know some of my friends make a rule for the house of
whoever cooks they don't have to do the dishes. Are you able to talk to your sis about that and just say by the time you're finished cooking everything you don't feel like also doing the dishes? Hopefully she understands. If not you can always stop cooking for her and just make food for yourself.
