Ok, I'm going to try to get to my goal on my own now. I don't think I can lose another 4% in 4 weeks right now, and I don't have enough left to lose to go the slow and steady route of 10% in 6 months, so I'm going to try to do this on my own again. I have a plan this time so I won't gain everything back. If I end up gaining enough that I could lose 10% of my weight and be at my ultimate goal, then I'm immediately jumping into another DietBet 10. If I get to my goal, but then end up gaining enough that I would need to lose 4% to be back at my goal weight, then I will join another DietBet 4. Slow and steady to the end, no excuses this time, and no backtracking to square 1! I'm keeping these group pages open for inspiration and a reminder that I need to stay healthy :)
