1.  I will walk at least 10000 steps and climb at least 100 floors every day.

2.  I will work towards finishing my food chart (I'm working on a giant interactive food chart in Excel that has all of the vitamins and nutrients to see if it is possible to create a 100% perfect meal plan.  Maybe it's too much, maybe it's crazy, but I'm having lots of fun making it and I'm learning a bit more about which foods have more of which vitamins.  I'll share it if I finish it.)

3.  I will drink more water/unsweetened tea.

4.  I will get at least 7 hours of sleep each night.

5.  I will... try to think of more goals for myself :)
