I feel like I am :) I haven't started tracking with it since there isn't enough information in it yet and I don't have all the formulas set up so I can just type in the mass and see the nutrition info for that amount of food (getting there!), but I know enough now that I can tell I'm probably deficient in several vitamins and minerals lol! I'll post another update when I'm done the chart to see if anyone is interested in having it for their reference.
