Those are great goals, Rapunzel! 100 flights of stairs a day? Wow, that sounds like a lot! I could never do that. I admire your ability to go for that! Good luck with all of them.
It was really hard at first, but since I work out at home running up and down my stairs is my best option for cardio so I got used to it. My best was 1000 floors in a day, but I felt like I was going to pass out after that lol :)
