You took the words out of my mouth. I always get very excited and have a lot of commitment the first week or so then something derails me and then I feel bad and then I have a hard time getting back on track. I know it's all mental! I need to take a step back and figure out at what exact moment I get off track and what is going through my head. This is because it is much easier to try to stay on track than it is to lose my progress and have to start all over again. Yet if this is true why does it happen to me over and over again! Yet somehow we always find renewed hope and inspiration!
