Struggling here as well. I have an app that tells me to drink half my body weight and my trainer telling me to aim for 2 cups per meal (including snacks). Some days I'm really good and other days...not so good. Maybe you can try adding in some tea or coffee so you still get your water in, but with a little more flavor!
