Saturday:
- 5 mile run in the AM (preferably outside) DONE. Outside too, a little chilly but it was nice to get outside
- Clif Bar for breakfast DONE.
- TJs mini tamales for lunch DONE.
- Turkey Burger for dinner DONE.
Sunday:
- Clif Bar for breakfast (eat early) DONE.
- Run 15 miles (gel every 4) - start run at 10am DONE. Only had two gels, didn't need any more. I think the Clif bar helped for the first few. Something to note for later.
- Cosi pizza for lunch DONE. Not necessarily a good thing, but I earned it after those 15 miles!
- GNC chocolate shake for dinner DONE.
First time since I started blogging I've hit all of my targets :)
