oh yeah, being honest about calories (and sticking to a liveable meal plan) is the only thing that works for me, too. Otherwise, everything adds up. I have 'good eating habits,' but all the 'clean eating' in the world when I'm off-diet still amounts to just normal maintenance (1800-2000kcal) and I don't lose a pound when I'm not trying.
