I'm the queen of coming up with excuses! Literally, it will be like "I'm sad today. Better not workout." Haha, so counterproductive! It's just like you said, I just need to push through that mental barrier every time it comes up and eventually, maybe we will enjoy our workouts? Fingers crossed.
