Been having a bit more trouble in the last couple of weeks- been struggling with tiredness and feeling very fed up. Despite doing so well to start with, I feel like I've lost my focus a little.
Have been managing to get my exercise done (more or less) but I've started drinking beer again and snacking, which has always been my downfall. I feel like the moment my focus shifts to work, then I tend to stop paying as much attention to what I've been eating~~
And November has not been helping. The weather is pretty horrendous here at this time of year, so I don't feel any desire to go outside when I'm cold and feeling bleh.
But I'm not going to let it defeat me! Though there's only a little time left for one of my dietbets, I'm going to give it my best go!
What do you guys all do to keep yourself focused? And how do you fight off winter blues when you are getting regular exercise?
