Thank you for your thoughts, Sally! For breakfast I would normally have porridge or Oatibix & rice milk, then a tin of mackerel & wholegrain rice at 10am so I can go to the gym at lunchtime. In the afternoon I have a bit of fruit to keep my blood sugar up. Dinner is made by my husband, and he's not a big vegetable fan. I am usually so hungry by then I eat too much. I have a pretty physical job (that varies a lot) and it's hard to keep it balanced.
I really enjoy music and listen to it all the time, but it's hard to beat the urge to hibernate!
