Know what you mean! I am almost back to my original weight. I will be back to trying to eat only fruit and yogurt with a touch of granola (which I make) for breakfast and eating a small lunch> My husband is only here for dinner so that one needs to be relatively substantial but I will try to keep my portion size small. Whatever was working before - do it, as Thanksgiving is food-focused but only a small blip on the radar.
