Day 13: Stupid Leftovers!

Know what you mean! I am almost back to my original weight. I will be back to trying to eat only fruit and yogurt with a touch of granola (which I make) for breakfast and eating a small lunch> My husband is only here for dinner so that one needs to be relatively substantial but I will try to keep my portion size small. Whatever was working before - do it, as Thanksgiving is food-focused but only a small blip on the radar.

You're right. It's a small blip. I gained back 4 pounds this week , but lost almost 6 last week. If I fly right from now on, I should definitely make goal within the next two weeks. I usually plan around dinner with my husband, like you do, but we've shared these last few days off work together. That man likes to eat!
