Yay Linda!! I'm really glad to hear you're giving it a fresh start and focusing on happiness! And that you know your health is deeply linked to it. It's funny how "junky" and really-not-that-good-for-you food and treats seem designed to cultivate happiness. And in the ultimatly, they just don't. The right food that fuels your body can however bring you quite a bit of longterm happiness :) I can't wait to hear what you learn in your course, will you please share your findings?
