Linda, It sounds like you are on the right track. Something that may help with having good food when your not feeling up to cooking it, that I do is, I make myself freezer meals. Cook foods I love and divide them into individual servings that I weigh out to make sure they are good portions. They make great lunches, as they are usually thawed by lunch time and I can do things like my chicken soup because homemade chicken soup is my fave when I feel sick and when I feel sick I don't feel like making homemade soup. Hope your shoulders better soon.
