I feel the same about DB. I joined my first in mid-September and doing my 3rd and 4th games now and have never had success like this before. A great group of people and the 4 week challenge keeps you focused and working hard. Keep up the good work!!

As far as a quick fully body work out... I can't really recommend any one thing. But I do honestly love Yoga, even though I find it very hard and very much a workout. There are all different styles that come with a variety of intensity and length of practice. I have some DVD's, but recently tried signing up for Gaiam TV's 10 day free trial and then $9.95 monthly subscription. It was working the other day, but I couldn't get it to work today though, so I have to call them back. I hope they are open tomorrow.

I have found Yoga Videos on Youtube too, and bought most of my DVDs used on ebay or amazon. A lot of people like Leslie Sansone videos too. I did her 1 mile video from Youtube once a couple weeks ago and it was pretty fun. I have an AeroPilates Reformer I bought from QVC when it was on 6 easy pay plan. I love it too. It works the full body and you can do a huge variety of stuff with it. It is quite relaxing and very low impact too. It's kind of expensive though .. that's why I got it on a payment plan. I'm always open to trying new workouts too to see how they work for me. I'm up for any suggestions too if you find anything good!
