I've never tried any of those diets. I use Ideal Shakes generally once a day either as breakfast or after a workout. Ideal Shakes are from Ideal Shape. They're good but the only reason I use them is to make my breakfasts "cheaper" caloricaly. What I think you need to get on is My Fitness Pal or another app/website that tracks calories. I've used MFP to lose 23 pounds in 100 days. Tracking calories and preplanning my food day has made the difference.
