I am so happy that I found a kickstart that began on 12/24. Jumped right in, no waiting and worrying about the temptation that would just left me with more weight to lose before my 1/1 game began. Dietbet is brilliant! I am really competitive and hate wasting money, so I am motivated and determined like never before.
Right now I'm just walking every day, building up to start the C25K program on February 2nd. This week I'm going to set up my spare bedroom to be my home gym. I have hand weights and an elliptical collecting dust - that's all I need!
Now, to just keep my cravings and tendancy to binge eat under control. That might be the hardest challenge of all.
