I am RIGHT THERE with you with the sugar addiction. Oh boy, it's rough. As far as getting into a routine, you can change it up as much as you want! There's SO much you can try! One day you could swim, the next you could go on a hike, the next you could do a cardio workout at the gym, the next you could take a class at the gym, the next you could do an at home workout like the 30 Day Shred! As long as your "routine" is to do something a certain amount of times per week, you have succeeded in having a workout routine! And it'll be harder and harder to get bored.
